FREE SHIPPING

Q: How does FREE Shipping work?
A: In addition to offering the most competitive prices, we also want to offer you shipping rates that are among the lowest in the industry. As part of a special promotion, we are currently offering complimentary GROUND shipping on all orders $99, that are shipped to a single location within the 48 contiguous US states. Free shipping is GROUND shipping; anywhere from 5-7 business transit days, Monday-Friday business days only. iCandy is located in Massachusetts. Please see the transit map below to figure out approximately how long it will take for UPS to deliver your package if you choose FREE shipping. *Free shipping is not always available with chocolate purchases during the hotter months of the year depending on where you are located in the US. Please see below for summer shipping information. 

  • How to take advantage of FREE Shipping

    1. Spend $99+ dollars.
    2. Add the items to your shopping basket.
    3. Enter your shipping state and zip code
    4. Click recalculate
    5. Select "Free Shipping" in the shipping method drop-down menu
    6. Receive Free Shipping

    This offer is only valid at the time of purchase and cannot be applied after an order has been placed. Offer is valid for a limited time only and cannot be combined with any other promotions. WINTER AND HOLIDAY SHIPPING

  • During the winter and holiday months, delivery dates are not guaranteed. Shipping carrier closures, holiday closures, extreme weather, natural disasters, internal holiday delays, and other factors can play into not receiving a package in time. Please always account for this possibility and allow 7 additional days for arrival or choose an expedited shipping method at checkout.  
  • Please check our "Holidays" calendar below for a list of days that iCandy, UPS & USPS are closed and do not ship on. When ordering during these holidays and times of the year please account for additional transit days for your package. 
  • When placing an order in the winter or holiday months that is a "Rush Order" or an order that you need quickly but you are located more than 2 transit days away from our location in Massachusetts, please advise against choosing "Free Shipping". Your order may be delayed due to extreme weather, internal holiday delays, and holiday closures. Please choose either a 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air when checking out to ensure the least amount of transit days as possible, for your package, if the package is time-sensitive.  
  • If you choose "Free Shipping" during these times of the year, and you are located more than 2 transit days away from us, your package could be in transit for up to 7 additional days, for a total of 14 transit days. Please account for this possibility. 
  • We understand that every order is given an ETA when checking out on our website, however, we are not liable or responsible for a package being delayed due to weather, holiday closures, or other internal delays during the holiday months. Please plan accordingly during these times and choose an expedited shipping method to ensure the least amount of transit days as possible, for your package. 
  • iCandy will not rush packages at our cost that are delayed due to any of the above-mentioned possibilities. Please plan accordingly during these times of the year and choose an expedited shipping method for time-sensitive packages going to a location more than 2 transit days away from our location in Massachusetts. 
  • If your package has not yet shipped from our warehouse, due to any of the above-mentioned possibilities, you may call us to upgrade your shipping method. We will let you know the costs of other shipping methods that will get you your package sooner and cut down the transit time. 


SUMMER SHIPPING

  • Q: It's summertime and I'm ordering chocolate items. How are they shipped? What shipping method do I choose?
    A: iCandy ships items containing chocolate in a boxed cooler with ice packs, between the months of May through October 1st, to prevent melting. This chilled packaging is good for a maximum of 2-3 transit days, maximum. If you are more than 3 transit days away from iCandy use shipping options UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air, available. Orders shipping after October 1st will ship in a box instead of a cooler with ice packs. If your shipping state is still warm please choose a 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air shipping method, to lessen the days your chocolates are in transit. 
  • Q: It's hot outside. How do I store my chocolate(s) that just arrived?
    A: We recommend immediately taking your chocolate(s) inside upon arrival. Store the chocolate(s) in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and heat. The ideal temperature for chocolate is under 70 degrees. In warmer weather months, we pack your order in an insulated shipping cooler with an ice pack(s) to help ensure its quality during transit. However, even this will not protect your chocolate and some candies from becoming gooey and melted if left unattended for long time periods in the high heat elements. 
  • iCandy is located in Massachusetts, please view the transit map below to figure out how many transit days you are away from us. This will help you determine what shipping method you should choose while checking out. Chocolates should not be in transit any more than 3 transit days total. 
  • Please ship your order to a location where someone will be available to accept the package. iCandy is not responsible for melted chocolate if the package is left outside or you select a shipping method that results in more than 2-3 days of transit. iCandy is not responsible or liable for damaged or delayed chocolate items if you supplied an incorrect shipping address at the time of purchase.
  • Your order is being shipping from our temperature-controlled location in Massachusetts. We check to ensure your order is of perfect quality prior to sealing the package for shipment. However, we cannot guarantee that your candy will arrive in the same perfect condition. For this reason, we do not provide refunds or replacements of a product damaged by high temperatures.
SUMMER SHIPPING PROMOTION (May - October 1st only)

Receive a FREE shipping cooler and ice pack(s) when you order 36+ pre-assembled chocolate candy bars or  $80+ in chocolates. Expedited shipping may be required and is based on the state the order is shipping to. Orders with a 2 day or more transit time from our warehouse will require expedited shipping. 

Orders are packaged and shipped from our temperature-controlled location in Massachusetts. We check to ensure your order is of perfect quality prior to sealing the package for shipment. However, we cannot guarantee that your candy will arrive in the same perfect condition. For this reason, we do not provide refunds or replacements of a product damaged by high temperatures. Please see "Summer Shipping" for more details.  


RUSH SHIPPING & RUSH PROCESSING TIME

  • Q: I need my items quickly, how do I get them in a RUSH?
    A: If you have a tight deadline, we recommend using our Rush Processing and Rush Shipping options available. When you choose Rush Processing time your order can be produced in as little as 2 business days. When you choose a Rush Shipping method your items will be in transit for 1-2 business days, depending on the method you choose. Making for a quick turnaround time of as little as 4 business days.  Standard "processing time" for personalized items sitewide is 3-5 business days, 3-10 business days for molded items. Standard shipping sitewide is up to 6 transit days, business days only. 
  • Q: What is a RUSH ORDER?
    A: Sometimes we are in a rush and we need an option that can help get us the product we need in as little time as possible. For this very instance, we offer you Rush Shipping and Rush Processing time. This allows you to order select personalized items and received them in time for your event. With both Rush Shipping & Rush Processing, you can get your order in as little as 4 business days.
  • Q: What is Rush Processing Time?
  • A: Rush Processing time is the amount of time it takes us to proof, print, manufacture and then package your items. You can rush this process with a fee if you need your items sooner.  To rush the processing time please do so before you add an item to your cart. This is located before the add to cart button on each product. If the rush processing options are not available, then rush processing is not available for that particular product. Processing time applies to business days only.
  • Q: What is Rush Shipping Time?
  • A: Rush Shipping is the amount of time (transit days) it takes UPS, USPS or FED EX to deliver your package. You can rush the shipping on an order if you need it to arrive more quickly for an event. To rush your shipping please do so while you are in your shopping cart. Many different shipping methods will be available for you to rush your order. Including 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air. These are all viable rush shipping options. Shipping transit times apply to business days only. 
  • When you combine these two RUSH options you can receive your order in as little as 4 business days.


    *delivery dates are not always guaranteed. Shipping carriers, weather, natural disasters, and other factors can play into not receiving a package in time. Please always account for this possibility and allow 1-2 additional days for arrival. 

    ** delivery dates apply to orders shipping within the 48 contiguous United States only. Orders shipping to Canada, Alaska, U.S. territories, or international destinations may take up to an additional 7 business days.

    *** Except during severe weather conditions or other natural disasters. iCandy is not responsible for the delay of a package due to severe weather conditions or other natural disasters affecting package arrival dates.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

If you are ordering outside of the U.S you are required to pay any and all customs fee's due upon the package arrival into your country. These fees are separate from the shipping charges charged upon placing the order and only calculated upon the arrival of the package into your country. The fees typically consist of the duty taxes owed on the goods you purchased and the UPS brokerage fees.

  • Q: How does your lowest price guarantee work?
    A: iCandy knows that planning an event can be very time consuming and costly so we strive to make your shopping experience as easy and stress-free as possible. With this goal in mind, our friendly staff is dedicated to bringing you the best selection of party favors and gifts at the lowest prices.

    HOW IT WORKS

    If you find the exact same item offered at a lower price elsewhere, please give us a call or email and we will be happy to match the price. iCandy guarantees that you will receive the lowest item price on all orders. 

    To Qualify

    1. Competitor's item must be an identical item by the same manufacturer.
    2. Competitor's item must be in stock and ready to ship.
    3. Price matching is not available when combined with the free shipping promotion.
    4. Request for price match must be made before or at the time of purchase. It cannot be applied after an order has already been placed. 
    5. We do not price match sale or clearance items.

RETURNS

  • Q: What is your return policy?
    A: We want you to have the best shopping experience possible with us. In case you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we have made returning products QUICK and EASY! You may return eligible products for a full merchandise refund (see below for restrictions).

    Returns must be processed within 7 business days after delivery. A full credit will be issued for returned items within 15 business days upon receiving the returnable items at our warehouse. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet these conditions.

    Please note that some products are not eligible for return. These include: personalized, custom, edible, perishable, used products, and special-order items.

    Our online return policy does not apply to orders being returned from locations outside of the United States or APO/FPO locations. For international returns please call our customer service department at (844) 6-ICANDY to initiate a claim.

  • Q: What do I do with damaged, defective or missing products?
    A: All claims for damaged, defective or missing product(s) must be filed with iCandy within 7 business days of receiving your order. Return request E-Mails must have accompanying photographs displaying proof of damages. Do NOT discard items regardless of damages. If items are not returned and do not have accompanying photographs showcasing damages, refunds will not be applied. Please call our customer service department at (844) 6-ICANDY to initiate a claim.
  • iCandy is not responsible for missing packages and damaged products resulting from errors made by the shipping carrier. However, we will be happy to assist you in filing a claim with the appropriate party. UPS claims may take up to 8-10 business days to process. Please keep all products in their original packaging until the claim is settled. If the claim is not resolvable prior to your event date you may request a duplicate order, however, you will be subject to pay in full, the price of the items and expedited shipping (if necessary).
  • iCandy is not responsible for shipments not arriving at the correct location on time due to an incorrectly supplied shipping address at the time of order placement. If the shipment is delayed, re-routed, or shipped back to us, we are not liable for the re-shipment costs, damages or missed events. We will not issue a refund for orders that have had an incorrectly supplied shipping address, at the time of order placement. The customer alone is responsible for supplying a correct and safe shipment arrival location. 
  • iCandy is not responsible for melted chocolate if the package is left outside or you selected a shipping method that results in more than 3 days of transit, between the months of June 1st  through October 1st. iCandy is not responsible for chocolate items that have been melted, damaged or delayed due to an incorrectly supplied shipping address, at the time of purchase, by the customer. 
CHANGES & CANCELATIONS
  • Q: How do I change or cancel my order?
    A: For personalized items: if your order has not been proof approved yet, you may change or cancel your order. We allow unlimited proof change requests for proofed items. Once your order has been approved by you it is immediately released for printing and production and cannot be canceled or changed without a fee. 
  • A: For non-personalized items: they are processed immediately after placing an order and unfortunately cannot be canceled. Once your order is placed by you, it is immediately and automatically released for packaging and shipment.
  • Changes may not be made to orders that are in the packaging process and ready for shipment.

  • Proof Changes may be made to items that require a proof, only prior to your proof approval. If you would like to make changes after you’ve approved an item on a personalized order, a reprint fee (varying by item) will be required. 

  • Want to add additional items to your order? You may add to an order if it has not been proof approved yet. You may also add to an order if it has been less than 24 hours since placing the order. If it has been longer than 24 hours you must place a new order. If you add items to your order it may push out your shipping and arrival date of the entire order. Please email us at help@icandywrap.com to for any changes to your order. 
  • Please contact customer service at help@icandywrap.com with any inquiries regarding changes or cancellations as soon as possible. Cancelation fees may apply.


PROOFING

Proofing Instructions:

  • You will receive a proof(s) within 24-48 hours after an order has been placed before the item(s) are produced. (business days only)  (for applicable products)
  • Please log into your account within 24-48 hours after placing your order to review the proof(s).
  • Once your proof(s) is available you will be able to request any necessary changes or cancel the order.
  • Proof changes are FREE and UNLIMITED! Our design team is looking forward to helping create your vision today!
  • Proofs that are not approved in a timely manner (5 business days) are subject to automatic approval and shipment.
  • Please do not rely on the proofing emails alone, they are not always the most reliable way to know if your proof is ready. Always log into your account within 24-48 hours after placing an order to view your proof.
  • Q: Will I receive a proof before my items are made?
    A: Absolutely! For all items manufactured by iCandy, you will receive a proof within 24-48 business days of your purchase. Please do not rely on the proofing emails alone, they are not always the most reliable way to know if your proof is ready. Always log into your account within 24-48 hours after placing an order to view your proof. Sometimes the Email address supplied at the time of purchase has a typo, Emails sometimes get blocked, put into your junk/spam folders, etc, so we ask kindly that you do not rely on the proof emails alone, but to rely mainly on your account for proofing. 
  • Q: Can I see a proof before I place my order?
    A: Currently, this is not possible. Because of the volume of orders we receive we have a dedicated design team that professionally prepares each proof to assure high-quality results. When you place an order your photos, logos and other personalization’s go directly to our design team. Without an order being placed, the design team can not work on an order and prepare a proof. We require an order to be placed and paid for before a proof can be uploaded into your account. Proofs changes are FREE and unlimited. 
  • Q: What if I do not like my proof? Can I request changes?
    A: Absolutely and without penalty as long as the order has not been approved yet. Proof changes are FREE and UNLIMITED! Work directly with a designer to get your proof just right. 
  • Proof Changes may be made to items that require a proof only prior to your proof approval. If you would like to make changes after you’ve approved an item on a personalized order, a reprint fee (varying by item) will be required unless your order is already been produced and is in packaging. Cancelation fees may apply to orders that have been canceled after proof approvals.
  • Q: What if I want to add a photo or logo on my items?
    A: Photos or logos can be added to any products manufactured by iCandy, There is an "upload photo" box on all the items you can add a photo to. Simply upload the photo and the design team will do the rest.
  • If you have a photo that will not upload properly just state in the instructions or additional customizations box that you would like to include a photo and you are going to email it over after you have placed the order. Once you have placed your order, the confirmation page will give you the e-mail address to send your photo to. If you do not have a digital copy of your photo, you may mail us your original to our mailing address. It will be returned with your order. Please assure the envelope is not bendable and the package is marked DO NOT BEND.
  • To contact the design team directly, send over additional design instructions or images please email help@icandywrap.com. Include your order number in the subject of the email. 


IMAGE, UPLOADS, AND ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS

  • jpg, pdf, png, psd, files accepted and preferred for rasterized art. 
  • eps, png, psd files accepted and preferred for vector art.
  • Logos must have a transparent background.
  • High-resolution images and graphics accepted only!
  • We prefer images with a resolution of  300 dpi.
  • Small images print blurry and cannot be scaled up to size without losing all quality. Please keep this in mind when uploading images. iCandy reserves the right to refuse to print low-quality artwork or images. 
  • Email any failed uploads to help@icandywrap.com Reference your order number in the subject of the email.
  • To contact the design team directly regarding an order please email help@icandywrap.com. Include your order number in the subject of the email. Include any images, logos, graphics and/or personalizations that may be needed for the design of your order. 
  • Please do not upload or email cropped images. We will crop and remove backgrounds from images for you, if necessary. 

HOW TO ORDER CANDY BARS WITH AND WITHOUT GOLDEN TICKETS
  • Please see the Mock-Up below for visual instructions on how to order the Wonka Bars with and without Golden Tickets. 
  • This is essentially how your shopping cart should look before checking out.
  • You should have 2 items (or however many variables) in 1 shopping cart. 
  • Once you have personalized both the wrappers and the Golden Tickets you are ready to proceed to checkout. 



WHAT IS "VDP" VARIABLE DATA PRINTING AND HOW DO I USE IT?
  • VDP means Variable Data Printing.
  • Please see the Excel Spreadsheet below on how to upload a proper spreadsheet to order Candy Bars or Golden Tickets with VDP.
  • Simply check off the "add variable data printing" option in the "Additional Options" section. 
  • Please specify how many bars will have each message/variable data, in your spreadsheet, as shown in the example below.
  • The example below shows 5 different variable data printing messages on a total of 1,000 bars. 
  • VDP allows you to personalize each individual wrapper or Golden Ticket, with its own unique and custom message, while preserving the layout and design throughout all the wrappers or Golden Tickets. 
  • Please only upload "txt" and "slsx" files for VDP, and in the format shown below.
